Debbie was born and raised in East Chicago, IN. She moved to Arizona after high school to attend college here and graduated with a degree in travel. She worked for Southwest Airlines 7 years doing administrative work. Her and her husband, Bill, have 3 energetic kids, 2 girls and one boy.
She joined the RGR Team (The Slaughter Team at that time) in 2003 and now oversees the marketing department. She has become a marketing expert and is responsible for all advertizing. She creates and puts together all RGR marketing in newspapers, magazines, websites, and organizes the production and recording of all the TV shows and spots.
Her other duties include creating monthly newsletters, inputting all listings into the mls, and creating flyers. Her attention to detail and marketing experience makes her a great asset to ensure each home is marketed at the highest level possible.
In her spare time she enjoys attending church with her family, scrap booking, and watching the Chicago Cubs.
