Kim was born in Cadillac, Michigan. At the age of four, she relocated with her family to Tucson, AZ. She grew up in Tucson with the exception of two years when she lived in Carlsbad, CA during her high school years. After she moved back to Tucson, she met the man of her dreams (Greg) and moved with him to Las Vegas, NV. They were married in 1997 and relocated to Phoenix shortly thereafter.
Having been in the food service industry for many years before obtaining her real estate license in 2000, one of Kim's strengths is working with people as her true compassion for others show with everyone she comes into contact with. She is also a great team leader that excels at communication not only with her clients but also with her agents.
Her skills, experience and creativity help get clients into homeownership that were once told it was not possible. In a constant changing market, Kim's real estate knowledge ensures her clients are always up to date with all market changes and because of that she gets her clients the best possible outcome for their situation and needs.
Kim enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her 2 dogs, Hugs and Kisses. She also likes to read, go to the movies, workout, travel to new places, and she has a new found favorite which is going to Tucson with her husband to watch the U of A football games.
One of Kim's favorite sayings and beliefs is: "Everything happens for a reason and there are no accidents. Every person you meet has a purpose in life so treat them with respect, you never know what the future holds."
