We are looking for ambitious, business-minded individuals to join our highly successful team!

The Opportunity:
We receive hundreds of inquiries every month from clients requesting information and/or our services. We promptly respond to each request with a phone call to set up an appointment with one of our agents. We make no cold calls and only call back those that have left us a message. To keep up with our growng business, we are currently looking for 1-2 more individuals to join our team of professionals to make those calls and set up appointments. The schedule is 25 hours per week (or more if desired) AT our base office. The pay is $10/hour plus commission on each closed transaction scheduled by the individual. A total income of $30,000+ within the first 12 months is GUARANTEED!* An average income for the second year is $50,000+ (based on working 25 hours/week).

The Market:
Our base office is located in the East Valley, however we service the entire Phoenix Valley.
 
The Support:
You will receive support through our unique and innovative office Systems and specialized Team approach. Unlike most real estate Agents who work all by themselves, the The Slaughter Team is a team of specialists who have a specific role to play in the process of selling a home.

Our administrative staff helps with the paperwork and details that will Free you to focus on the warm, ready to act, pre-qualified leads that you'll receive. We pay for the advertising, the support staff and the latest technology, so you can focus on doing what's most profitable and fun, helping Buyers and Sellers. You will receive comprehensive and ongoing training needed to address all the sales and logistical issues that will surface during your real estate career. To stop learning is to stop moving. We operate in a positive environment, negativity is not permitted; it only stifles achievement and creates excuses for failure. You will receive qualified buyers and sellers to work with; There is no prospecting for new business. In addition, you do not need to spend your own money on advertising, we will not allow it.

I'm sure you would agree that the most common problem agents have is finding business. The reality is that most of us get into the business because we like working with people. The problem is, for the average agent, most of the time is spent trying to find customers who leaves very little time to actually give the kind of service you want to give. Whether you've been in real estate for 25 years or just got into the business a few months ago, you probably know what I mean by the term "prospecting." For most, it's an ugly word. It means forcing yourself to sit on the phone and make endless cold calls to people who really aren't interested in talking with you. Or it means to search out and hound expireds and FSBOs, or even worse, spending hundreds if not thousands of your own dollars in marketing.

Its no wonder 80% of all agents quit the business within 2 years. Struggling through a 70 hour work week to maybe sell 10 or 15 homes a year just isn't worth the time or effort. Well, I can change this for you.

Real Estate Simulator Assessment:
It's important that you make the right decision and to assist you with this process, we encourage you to try our Real Estate Simulator, an on-line assessment of your selling skills, personality, and aptitude with respect to a real estate career. Playing the role of a real estate agent, the Simulator will give you a taste for what it's like to help people buy and sell property. It will also give you a strong sense for what to expect in this type of position and an indication of your likelihood of success as an agent.
 
The most significant aspect of the Real Estate Simulator is that it will give you feedback on your competencies regarding real estate sales with our team. This information will help us to provide you with individualized coaching and training in key areas required for growth and development.
