Why are these insider secrets being shared?

My name is Greg Slaughter and I am a real estate investor. I am also the owner/broker of Results Guaranteed Realty. As an investor, I want to participate in as many deals as I possibly can and I have done my share: no money down, owner financing, wraps, flips, rentals, lease options, etc.

In my experience I found that they all work and can be profitable (if done properly).

However, the biggest challenge with all of these methods is the time and energy involved! It takes a lot of hours to:
